Key Responsibilities:
As a Savvy Assistant, you will be assigned to a specific role based on your experience and expertise. Here's an overview of some of the tasks for the different roles we have:
1. Medical Transcriptionist:
- Produce high-quality, detailed medical notes following established standards within the medical industry.
- Deliver consistent, top-notch work and take advantage of in-house training and professional development opportunities.
- Build scribing competency through interactive training and one-on-one coaching.
- Ensure efficient and error-free work output to support medical providers.
2. Virtual Executive Assistant:
- Handle administrative tasks such as research, data gathering, report preparation, scheduling, and email management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, preparing relevant documents when required.
- Communicate with clients, requesting and following up on documents to maintain strong customer relationships.
3. Digital Marketing: (Includes various roles such as Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Copywriter, Content Writer, etc.)
- Develop tailored digital marketing plans/strategies and content calendars.
- Conduct market research to enhance content creation and improve social media engagement.
- Utilize LinkedIn for networking and expanding contacts.
- Manage multiple social media platforms and groups, tracking performance and adjusting marketing plans accordingly.
- Create engaging content in various media formats, such as articles, photos, videos, etc., across different social media platforms.
4. Customer Support:
- Address customer queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, and/or chat.
- Assist customers in utilizing specific features of the client's product and understanding their needs.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions, ensuring effective resolution.
- Update internal databases with technical issue information and customer interactions.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and provide timely assistance.
5. Bookkeeper:
- Attend to monthly financial reports, ledger data entry, and daily accounting tasks.
- Oversee a company's financial data and compliance, maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable.
- Record transactions in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
- Ensure seamless invoicing processes.`
Requirements:
1. Medical Transcriptionist:
- Recent healthcare experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in the medical field (Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, etc.).
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation standards.
2. Virtual Executive Assistant:
- Proven experience in administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Digital Marketing (various roles):
- Social Media Manager: Demonstrated experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
- Graphic Designer: Proficiency in graphic design software and a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs.
- Video Editor: Proficiency in video editing software and a portfolio of relevant work.
- Copywriter: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft engaging copy for various platforms.
- Content Writer: Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling content for blogs, articles, and social media.
4. Customer Support:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and empathy skills.
5. Bookkeeper:
- Experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
