Why We Built Employy
As Nigerian-born founders living in the US, we witnessed a stark disconnect. On one side, incredibly talented African professionals struggled to access global opportunities despite their skills. On the other, businesses spent weeks and thousands of dollars trying to find reliable remote talent.
